Town of Lincoln, Maine: Economic Development Advisor Steve Levesque has been retained by the Town of Lincoln to serve as their Economic Development Advisor. In this role, SHL oversees the business and community development initiatives of the Town, including managing the redevelopment of the closed former Lincoln Pulp & Tissue Mill, now known as the Lincoln Technology Park.
This engagement involves working with the Town team on multiple efforts including: developing and implementing the Town’s business development plan; serving as lead with business attraction marketing, prospect management and lease/sale negotiations; identifying and securing business, infrastructure, and environmental remediation funding; and coordinating building and site restoration efforts.
